Japan’s “You’re Beautiful” sees a rise in viewer ratings thanks to

Jang Geun Suk’s cameo

Actor Jang Geun Suk finally made his cameo appearance in the Japanese remake of his hit drama, ‘You’re Beautiful‘.  Thanks to his special appearance, the drama experienced a sharp rise in viewer ratings, thus demonstrating the power of the ‘Jang Geun Suk Effect’.
The drama usually records an average of 9.5% in viewer ratings, but the episode with Jang Geun Suk’s cameo saw an increase to 10.1%.
